GAUGE - 20sts per 4"(10cm) in Garter Stitch blocked
YARN WEIGHT - Fingering weight(approximately 400 yards per 100 g)
YARN AMOUNT - Option A: Main Color (MC) – about 225 g or 875 – 900 yards; it could either be a gradient of several colors or one solid or variegated color. Contrast Color (CC) – about 75 g or 300 – 350 yards of sock and fingering weight leftovers
Option B:
Main Color (MC) – about 225 g or about 875 – 900 yards; it could either be a gradient of several colors or one solid or variegated color
Contrast Color (CC) – about 75 g or 300 – 350 yards of speckled yarn/(s) (you could collect speckled leftovers as well!)
It really is all about using up these precious yarns! If you don’t have scraps, no worries! Go with option B.
